Farmers First  /  Supply

Supply

Feed, fluids, filtration and parts on one account, delivered to the yard on a schedule, priced by volume and invoiced once.

How supply runs

A route, not a counter.

01

Unit list

What is parked on the yard, and what the barns run. A photo of a list is fine.

02

Supply list

Grades, filter part numbers and pack sizes matched to it, cross-referenced.

03

Schedule

Burn rate sets the interval so nothing runs out between drops.

04

One invoice

Tier and pricing move with annual volume across all four lines together.

Supply questions

Straight answers.

What can go on one Farmers First account?

Feed, engine and hydraulic oil, DEF, coolant, grease, every class of filter, and heavy truck, trailer and equipment parts. One account, one delivery, one invoice.

Do you deliver or do I pick up?

Deliver. Supply runs on a scheduled route to the yard, built around what the operation burns through — that is the whole model.

Do you post prices?

No. Pricing depends on the supply tier and annual volume, so it is quoted on the account rather than posted publicly.

How do I start?

Send a unit list — what is parked on the yard. That is enough to build a supply list and price it.

Send the unit list.

That’s the whole first step.
