Farmers First / Supply Program
The Supply Program
Every yard already buys feed, oil and filters somewhere. The program rewards putting that spend in one place — better pricing as volume steps up, and FleetRego bundled into the account instead of invoiced.
The three tiers
Volume sets the price.
There is no membership, no fee and nothing to join. The tier is simply where your annual volume across fluids, filtration and parts lands, reviewed once a year.

Why it is built this way
The software is the carrot, not the product.
Shop software is a hard thing to sell to a yard that has run fine on a whiteboard for thirty years. It is a much easier thing to hand to a yard that is already buying its feed and oil from you.
So FleetRego doesn’t get pushed on its own. At the higher tiers it is bundled into the supply account, it tracks the machines the fluids are going into, and it flags what is due before it is late.
FleetRego is a separate product with its own developer. Farmers First is an authorised dealer for it, not its owner.
Program questions
How the tiers actually work.
How is my tier decided?
By annual volume across fluids, filtration and parts combined — not by any single line. Putting the whole yard on one account is what moves the tier.
Do I have to sign anything to start?
No. Tier 1 is simply being on a delivery route. The agreement only appears at the full-yard supply level.
Is FleetRego really bundled in?
At Tier 2 and above it can be bundled into the supply account rather than invoiced separately. FleetRego is a separate product Farmers First deals for, and it has its own free demo and 14-day trial if you would rather just try it.
What happens if my volume drops?
The tier follows the volume. Nothing is clawed back mid-year; it is reviewed on the account anniversary.
Can Feed Caddy purchases count toward the tier?
Yes. Units and brood paper sit on the same account and count toward annual volume.
Find out where you already land.
Most yards are further up the tiers than they expect, once it is all on one account.
